Do any of your products have antibacterial additives?
Yes, we're proud to have the broadest product line of its kind on the market infused with a proprietary antimicrobial additive that inhibits the growth of microbes on product surfaces. These include our wire laundry carts, vinyl basket trucks, privacy screens, hampers, hamper bags, covers, liners as well as our latest antimicrobial poly trucks.
Do your vinyl basket trucks have wooden bases?
No, they don't use wooden bases on any of our trucks. Wood tends to absorb moisture and deteriorate over time. In fact, we don’t use organic material in any of our products at all. This helps us avoid porous surfaces that can be a host for bacteria.

Our R&B vinyl basket trucks are a cut above the rest. They feature 18 oz. commercial grade vinyl that is not only flame retardant, but also mold, mildew, UV, and tear-resistant. Unlike cheaper basket trucks, ours feature a coated tubular steel base, appropriate for facilities concerned about bacteria and fire safety. Our vinyl is fully sewn to the framework for added durability. We also have vinyl bumper trucks with the same great features but with our revolutionary air cushion bumper system.

Our poly trucks feature a 1.75” double wall polyurethane base that provides durability for years of trouble-free, reliable service. You can choose from a variety of color options. Our poly trucks feature a strong 0.225” average wall thickness and come in numerous sizes, shapes and designs to meet your material handling needs. They're also water-tight and made with stainless steel hardware and rubber washers to ensure a water-tight seal between tub and base.

Does your business have a physical location that’s open to the public, or is it online only?
No, we don’t have a physical location that's open to the public. All of our products are available for purchase online and shipped to you. We also work with distributors who may handle customers directly.
What states, territories, and countries can you NOT service?
R&B Wire Products only ships directly to US/Canada. Distributors might ship to other countries not serviced by us.
Can I get a quote on shipping?
