R&B's Satisfaction Guarantee & Warranty

At R&B Wire®, Satisfaction Guaranteed means we stand behind the quality of our products. We guarantee that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship and will perform as intended under normal use. If a product fails prematurely due to a manufacturing defect, we will make it right by repairing or replacing the item under the terms of this warranty.

Note: Satisfaction Guaranteed refers specifically to product performance relative to intended use and the warranty coverage outlined here. It does not imply indefinite replacement, coverage for normal wear and tear, or claims made outside the warranty periods defined below.

Warranty Coverage

• Standard Manufacturer’s Warranty
  All R&B Wire products include a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship, unless stated otherwise below.
• Casters/Wheels
  Covered for three (3) years from the original date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Casters are date-stamped for identification, and R&B reserves the right to use that date to verify age and evaluate claims. Coverage may be verified using the caster’s date stamp and may not exceed three (3) years from that date.
• Laundry Cart Bases (100, 200, 201, 300 & 350 Series)
  Guaranteed for the life of the product, defined as the period of ownership by the original purchaser and up to the reasonable service life of the product under normal use, against breakage. Abuse, misuse, or alteration voids this coverage.
• Dura-Seven™ Baskets, Bases and Racks
  Guaranteed for seven (7) years against rust. Cosmetic discoloration or environmental staining is not covered. This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by misuse, harsh chemicals, or exposure beyond intended environments.

Exclusions

To the maximum extent permitted by law, this warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, surface rust/corrosion (except as covered by the Dura-Seven™ no-rust guarantee, or if occurring prematurely within the standard warranty period), as well as other cosmetic or environmental effects.
• Fabric, vinyl or nylon products, except for premature failures within the standard warranty period.
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, modifications, or use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Making a Claim

• Contact: The original purchaser must contact R&B Wire Products customer service via email (sales@rbwire.com) with proof of purchase and supporting information (such as photos and a description of the issue).
• Timely Reporting: Claims must be filed within 60 days of discovery. Claims held longer, accumulated, or submitted after the warranty term will not be accepted.
• Evaluation: R&B reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether a product issue is covered under warranty.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, R&B Wire Products’ liability is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Eligibility

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase from R&B Wire Products or an authorized distributor. Purchases from unauthorized resellers are not covered. The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to products sold and used in the United States, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
