Which items are non-returnable?
- All poly trucks and vinyl trucks are non-returnable. Hamper bags, vinyl covers, privacy screen curtains and other items used for sanitary purposes are only returnable as long as they have not yet been opened from their original packaging.

- Is there a fee associated with returning a product?
- Returns are subject to a minimum 25% restocking fee, which applies only to the product being returned. Please note that this fee does not cover any original freight costs associated with your initial order, which are non-refundable.
- Who is responsible for the return freight?
- The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return freight to send the product back to R&B. All returns must be properly packed and protected for shipping and must be returned in new and resalable condition.
- Will my freight costs be refunded?
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
